Erica's Fine Jewelry had a SuperFit installed on a customer’s ring by a service trade shop that uses the SuperFit product.

After this experience with SuperFit, Erica's Fine Jewelry tried to contact SuperFit  directly on the net to report this problem, and that is where they found YouTube, and realized they have been had.

Can you please send me info and pricing on your hinged rings. We installed a super-fit ring for a customer and it failed. We are very interested in your product.

My experience with the super-fit is not a good one. We installed a shank and it came apart on the woman twice the same day. We refunded her money, reshanked the ring with bishop balls, and the super-fit Co. did not stand behind the product.

Lesson learned. By the way, no customer with a gorgeous 2 carat wants it shipped across the country and then wait 6 weeks.
